PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Lessons are a great solution for those who prefer one-on-one training, or find it difficult to make it to one of our Open Training sessions. Students looking to accelerate their training will also take advantage of a Private Lesson. Private training is a great opportunity to:

  • raise questions or topics that weren't answered in group sessions due to time constraints

  • delve deeper into technical aspects

  • ensure student's understanding and abilities are adequate to their level

Private lessons may be scheduled when there are no other sessions in progress.

Martial Mind

(Ages 5-7)

"Martial Mind" is a Wing Chun-oriented, children’s program designed for kids between 5-7, certified by Martial Arts Education Society (MAES).

This program aims to improve students' motor and social-emotional skills. Each class revolves around a theme covering the Five Competencies of Social and Emotional Learning (self-management, self-awareness, responsible decision making, relationship skills, social awareness), as suggested by the Department of Education.

Your child will learn essential skills to protect themselves, strengthen their mental focus, and, more importantly, children will learn important values such as courtesy, integrity, self-control, and martial culture.

Students will complete the first Wing Chun form and all the basic self-defense techniques at the end of the program. Students who complete the program will be ready to continue their training in the Practical Wing Chun Junior program.
