Social Distance Training
On September 2nd, New York City has allowed the reopening of Gyms and Fitness Centers for indoor training. We will continue to offer socially distanced training as a safe strategy for indoor practice. There will also be online learning available to active students. You will learn to use structure and relaxation to defend yourself through practice of the form, drills and footwork.

KEEPING US SAFE
To create a safe training environment, we are following the necessary precautions including:
Limiting class sizes to no more than 8 participants for indoor sessions.
Maintain six feet between participants and instructors
All participants will conduct a temperature check. Anyone with a temperature over 100 degrees may not participate.
All participants must wash or sanitize hands before and after class
All participants must wear masks or appropriate face coverings
Avoiding activities requiring physical contact (e.g. partner drills, san sao, chi sao)
Regularly disinfecting equipment and tools
