GROUP TRAINING
Our one hour group classes offer a fun, safe and controlled setting to start your Practical Wing Chun journey. You will learn to use structure and relaxation to defend yourself with classmates of various size and skill level.

Typical exercises and drills include:

  • forms

  • shadow drills

  • pad drills

  • footwork

  • partner drills (san sao)

  • sticky hands practice (chi sao)


PRIVATE TRAINING
Private Lessons are a great solution for those who prefer one-on-one training. Students looking to accelerate their training will also take advantage of a Private Lessons. Private training is a great opportunity to:

  • raise questions or topics that weren't answered in group classes due to time constraints

  • deep dive into technical aspects

  • ensure student's understanding and abilities are adequate to their level
